Like many businesses, The Financial Forman is expanding. As such, we’re putting on a couple of new additions. Not the bricks and mortar kind, but a couple of young accountants that will help drive our business forward and streamline our operations so that your business reaps the benefits.
We are pleased to announce and welcome Phi Nguyen and Brayden Hayes to the Financial Foreman family. Both Phi and Brayden have shown exceptional skills in accounting and finance but, most importantly, share a commitment to help others succeed.
Why does the Financial Foreman need new accountants?
The Financial Foreman is a growing practice. We’re committed to giving you that personal touch, quick turnaround, affordable services, and dedication you have come to expect. This is only possible by expanding our services and adding to the family. Phi and Braden will be a key part of our expansion, and we look forward to their enthusiasm and contribution.
Does the Financial Foreman plan on changing my services?
Nope. All work will still be organised, managed and reviewed by Josh.
The main change will happen around the 2021 Individual Tax Returns. Currently enrolled in an intensive training program, Phi and Brayden are preparing and conducting appointments for all 2021 Individual Tax Returns.
Josh’s role will be to oversee the program and review all returns.

Phi Nguyen started his accounting career at an Audit firm in the bustling city of Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam. He later worked for various companies majoring in manufacturing. Working as an accountant in manufacturing environments, Phi gained knowledge and skills in general accounting and ad-hoc analysis for decision-making.
Phi is inspired by the power of data in every aspect of business life and chose accounting as his long-term career path. Additionally, he is fascinated in the processes involved in helping clients resolve their problems.
“Starting a new journey in a friendly and gorgeous city like Adelaide is one of the best experiences I ever had in my life so far, and I am really enjoying it. I normally fill my spare time with reading and technology updates. Living in a city surrounded by more than 700 trails, a weekend hike around Adelaide is definitely on the must-do list.”
Brayden Hayes joined the Financial Foreman team at the beginning of 2021. He is a recent graduate accountant after finalising his Bachelor of Finance in 2020 and is excited to be part of the industry. Brayden has always prided himself on his numbers skills and believes they are one of his top attributes.
